At ARM Building Supplies, we want to ensure you have the right materials for your project; if you are not completely satisfied, you can return unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of purchase. Please note that custom-mixed paints, cut-to-size timber, and special orders are excluded from our standard return policy.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log in to your account or use our guest portal to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number within 30 days of delivery.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely package the unused building materials in their original boxes, ensuring all hardware and documentation are included to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship or Drop Off

  Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at an authorized carrier location, or bring the items directly to our local warehouse service desk.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned supplies, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
